With a total of 5 routes connecting between 4 countries, the new routes are a part of the ever-growing partnership between Jordan and easyJet. HE Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Majd Shweikeh, elaborated: “Jordan has witnessed a tremendous positive shift in the tourism sector in 2018, and in 2019, the momentum is still as steadfast as it was last year. This expansion is the result of very hard work and we can see the results of our efforts with LCCs on the ground in every tourism attraction. (Amman - May XX, 2019) – Jordan Tourism Board has signed a partnership agreement with EnjoyJo project, the brainchild of 17-year old King’s Academy student Robert Said, which aims to enhance the Jordanian tourism sector by providing additional valuable services to Jordan-bound tourists. The project was created with an aim to benefit both the tourism industry and local businesses, as well as add value to tourists when visiting Jordan, all without incurring any cost by JTB nor the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities.
